Tap the download button above to get the latest Toki release for Android.
Install the APK from your file manager or browser, then open Toki.
Time-in when you arrive, time-out when you leave — Toki handles the rest.
Every release goes through the same six phases. No shortcuts — what ships is what survived the loop.
Phase 01
Scope the problem, list the must-haves, and write the spec before any code is touched.
Phase 02
Sketch the screen, choose the type, and lock the spacing tokens so every screen feels native.
Phase 03
Build the feature in Flutter/Dart, keep the data layer local-first, and keep the diff small.
Phase 04
Ship the build to testers, gather real-device feedback, and hunt for the bugs nobody planned for.
Phase 05
Sign the APK, post the build notes, and announce what changed — nothing silent, nothing rushed.
Phase 06
Read the feedback, watch the crash reports, and feed every lesson back into Phase 01.
Download Toki and get started in under a minute — free, lightweight, and no account needed.

None. Toki does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data from inside the app. There are no analytics SDKs, no telemetry, no crash-reporting services, and no advertising trackers embedded in the app.
All information you enter — your profile, your OJT hours, your notes, and your app preferences — is stored locally on your device in a private SQLite database. It never leaves the device unless you explicitly export it to a CSV file or take a device backup.
Toki only requests the permissions it strictly needs: storage access for reading and writing the SQLite file, and (on older Android versions) the file picker. No location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions are ever requested.
The website you are reading now is separate from the app. To count how many people download the APK and to understand basic site usage, this site uses Google Analytics via Firebase. Analytics only loads after you click Accept on the cookie/analytics consent banner shown on your first visit. If you click Decline, or ignore the banner and close it, no analytics cookies or tracking will be set on your device.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and remembered on future visits. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. The only data ever sent to Google Analytics is anonymous usage data such as page views, country, and download clicks — never your name, email, or any personal identifier.
The Toki Android app itself does not communicate with any third-party server. The only network call the app can make is when you tap the "Created by Serxe" tile in the About section, which opens https://serxe.dev/ in your default browser. That navigation is triggered by you; no request is sent automatically.
On this website, when you accept analytics, Google Analytics (via Firebase) may set first-party cookies on this domain for the purpose of measuring traffic. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details.
Toki is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy is ever updated, the change will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

Toki - OJT Time Tracker is a free, offline time-tracking app designed to help students log the hours they render during their On-the-Job Training (OJT). By using the app you agree to the terms below.
Toki is a personal productivity tool. You may use it to record your own OJT hours and to export those records for your own reporting needs. Exports to CSV are entirely your choice and happen only when you tap the Export button on the Logs screen.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Toki's author (Serxe) is not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the app. Always keep a backup of important records by exporting them to CSV.
All data you enter belongs to you. Deleting the app, clearing its storage, or using the in-app "Clear all logs" / "Reset settings" actions will permanently remove the associated data from the device.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
